By creating an account or using Private.Ki (the “Service”) in any way, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, phishing, scams or fraud.
- Distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with the Service or its components, or use the Service in an automated (non‑human) way.
- Share illegal pornographic content or non‑consensual intimate imagery, or otherwise sexually exploit or harass others.
- Buy, sell or offer illegal goods or services, or facilitate such transactions.
- Promote or incite violence, or organise or promote activities widely recognised as illegal.
- Harass, threaten, dox or impersonate others.
- Engage in activities that are illegal in the majority of countries.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or harmed the Service.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your content and for keeping your credentials, keys and passphrase secure. Your private key is encrypted with a key derived from your passphrase on your device; we do not hold a copy. If you lose your passphrase, we are unable to recover your encrypted data.
Service status and warranty
The Service is currently free and provided “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
