- You have done something outstanding. Not "relevant experience" — one thing you are genuinely proud of, that you can show us.
- You deliver daily. Something real leaves your hands every day. Not a status update. A thing.
- You are AI‑native. You use models as a matter of course, every day, and you know exactly where they are wrong.
- You think hard and write clearly. A page of your reasoning beats an hour of anyone's meeting.
- You fail hard and go again. You would rather ship, be wrong by lunch and fix it, than be right in a plan nobody executed.
- You do not need a process to move. If the loop is short enough, ceremonies become unnecessary.

AI‑native, every day
We write, review, refactor, test and argue with models every day. Not a tool we "adopted" — how the work is done. Be fluent already.
Ship something every day
A merged change, a fixed bug, a shipped screen. Small is fine. Daily is not negotiable.
Fail hard, then iterate
Try the thing, find out fast, try the next one. Nobody keeps score of the misses. We keep score of the ships.
Short loops
Idea in the morning, in production by evening, feedback tomorrow. If a loop takes a month, the loop is wrong — not the month.
No long planning cycles
No quarterly roadmap, no sprint planning, no estimation rituals. We know what matters this week. We build it. Then we look again.
Writing over meetings
A decision is a written paragraph someone can disagree with tomorrow. Remote, asynchronous, very few fixed calls.

Encrypted email and messenger in one app, on web, iOS and Android. Keys are made on the device and never leave it; the server stores ciphertext.
