Open source transparency
Private.Ki is committed to transparency and security. In the near future, we will make the frontend code of Private.Ki public, allowing security researchers and users to verify our encryption implementation:
Why open source?
Transparency is essential for building trust in privacy-focused software. By making our frontend code open source, we enable security researchers and auditors to verify that your message content is encrypted and decrypted on the client side, and that only encrypted messages are sent to and from the server.
This approach allows anyone to inspect the code, verify our security claims, and contribute improvements. Open source code enhances security through peer review and community contributions.
